> ROYAL Indigo is a Moscow-based bespoke leather atelier specializing in handcrafted, one-of-a-kind leather goods. Founded in 2021 by Irina and Bulat Latypov, the workshop combines traditional saddlery techniques with modern engineering to create accessories from premium full-grain and exotic leathers. Every item is designed from scratch and made entirely by hand by a single artisan.

## Technical Specifications
- **Stitching:** hand saddle stitch, two needles, waxed thread. No sewing machines. Every stitch identical on both sides, without knots or skips.
- **Edge finishing:** multi‑stage process using Fenice, LeTech, UNITERS, Saphir, Intercom. Grounding, multiple hand‑colored paint layers with intermediate sanding, top‑coat sealing. Matte, satin, gloss finishes.
- **Construction:** cardboard prototyping before cutting expensive leather. Skiving from 2mm down to 0.5mm for standard details, 0.13mm for micro‑details.
- **Pattern making:** individual drafting from scratch. Precision to tenths of a millimeter.
- **Quality control:** geometry checked at construction, mocking, cutting, assembly, final inspection.

- **Exotic leathers:** European‑tanned crocodile, alligator, python, karung, ostrich, lizard, monitor, shark, stingray
- **Hardware:** solid brass, stainless steel, 24k gold plating, Riri zippers, YKK Excella, natural pearl locks, neodymium magnets
- **Selection:** hand‑picked hides, 1‑2 best specimens per supplier batch, inspected under daylight, artificial and mixed light. 120+ leather options for in‑person selection.

## The Bespoke Process
1. Briefing via [Telegram](https://t.me/royalindigo) or email (no phone orders)
2. In‑person meeting to select hides and take measurements (by appointment, 30‑60 minutes)
3. Engineering: sketches, technical drawings, cardboard prototypes
4. Production: hand cutting, skiving, stitching, edge finishing
5. Delivery: branded packaging, dust bag, care instructions

## Production Timeline (excluding queue)
- **Wallet:** 5‑10 working days
- **Belt:** 3‑7 working days
- **Women's bag:** from 20 working days to 2 months
- **Standard queue:** 1‑4 weeks

## Pricing (Starting From)
- Wallets, cardholders: 20,000 RUB
- Classic belts: 30,000 RUB
- Watch straps: 20,000 RUB
- Women's bags: 100,000 RUB
- **Payment:** 100% prepayment after project approval. Staged payments available for special material procurement.

## Warranty & Returns
- **Warranty per GOST 28631‑2005:** 70 days for briefcases/folders, 50 days for bags, 30 days for small leather goods and belts
- **Ready‑made goods:** returnable within 7 days if unused in original packaging
- **Bespoke items:** non‑returnable per Art. 26.1 of Russian Consumer Protection Law
- **No AI‑generated images, stock photos, or photomontage** used in portfolio
